Installing operating system:- installing of windows XP,Vista and windows 7 (Software not included) or ubuntu software (Free from the internet)

 

Hardware/software upgrades:- Installation of any

Software and hardware products, either external or internal and relevant driver setup.

 

Broadband set up:- Setup of new broadband connection or setup of existing broadband connection on new computer.

 

Network installation:- Setup of a wireless or wired network on to 2 or more PC’s or laptops and associated broadband connection.

 

Virus detection and recovery:- If your computer is playing up or acting strangely it might be due to you having a Virus on your PC. I will pick up or you deliver your PC to me for 24 to 48 hours to check the computer for viruses.

 

Security and Performance:- install antivirus/ant-spyware and anti-adware software and download updates from Microsoft.

 

Computer setup:- setup of brand new computer. Includes setup of operating system anti-virus and firewall and one email account and familiarization (If required).

 

Data transfer:- Transfer of any personal date from PC to PC or Hard drive to Hard drive.

 

Data backup and burn to disk:- Back up the documents to a disk or a server system or both

 

Hard drive recovery and replacement:- Formatting hard drive to NTFS/FAT32 formats or replacement of the hard disk drive and replacement of any data recovered. (Please note - recovery of data is not always possible)

 

PC Spring clean service:- Defrag hard drive and remove temporary files, scan the hard drive for any errors. Search for and remove any spyware/ adware install free AVG anti-virus software and scan for viruses, install critical Microsoft updates.

 

Server 2003 Set Up:- set up the server for networking in a business with the need for a server
